ZhezU Artificial Intelligence Centre
The centre develops AI services for learning, research and university administration, adapts local language models and maintains university applications. The next step is to evaluate these solutions with lecturers, students and the relevant university departments.
We develop source-based answers about course materials, study recommendations and practical AI skills. Tutor, AI Skills Campus and the Student AI Agent are being prepared for educational trials.
TilQazyna Lingua provides a foundation for level assessment, adaptive lessons, text and voice dialogue, task checking and progress tracking. A basic version is ready; an educational pilot is planned in the roadmap.
We build support for literature discovery, references and manuscript preparation. This includes Research Assistant, Research Bot / Nauka and AI-Redactor. Editorial workflow evaluation and connecting the editor to a local model remain development tasks.
We develop applicant consultations, career guidance questionnaires and resume support. The admissions assistant, LifeCompass and AI Resume are listed in the catalogue; their practical value still needs evaluation with the relevant departments.
We automate academic workload calculations and export to form F.4.048-01. LoadCalc is deployed; reconciliation with the academic methodology centre is ongoing. QR Attendance is listed separately as an attendance tracking development.
We explore forecasting and data analysis for industry tasks. WindAgent demonstrates wind-farm generation forecasts using historical data; an industrial deployment is not confirmed.
We develop tools for requirements preparation and work automation. Brief AI supports technical briefs, while AI Telegram Assistant organizes AI conversations. Each solution’s readiness is stated in the catalogue.
Results recorded in the February–September 2026 report
An environment for running and adapting models has been prepared, versions preserved and technical and language checks performed. Russian and Kazakh answer quality remains under evaluation.
A chat service with accounts, conversation history and file access controls is deployed. Material analysis and Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF creation have been checked. Voice features are being improved.
Application access to models, project key management and server monitoring are configured. The centre maintains services, backups and issue handling.
Internal tools require an account and agreed access permissions. Contact the centre to arrange access.
Choose the task a project supports
Student support service: learning-gap diagnostics, individual study plans, course recommendations and a digital competency profile.
The project scaffold is implemented; the roadmap still lists the MVP and faculty pilot as unfinished.
Checked:
A public version is not yet available.
Platform for AI-skills assessment and personalised learning pathways using external courses and learning modules.
A demo is available. The repository does not confirm a wider rollout or a completed educational pilot.
Checked:
Kazakh-language learning at A1–C1: level assessment, personalised lessons, text and voice dialogue, task feedback and progress tracking.
Functional MVP. The demo requires ChatGPT sign-in; the temporary public link is unavailable.
Checked:
Learning assistant for course materials: document upload and OCR, source search, cited explanations, learning modes and teacher review.
Version 0.7.2 is implemented. A sign-in page is public; the learning workspace runs on a protected network.

Q4 2026 — Q1 2027
Planned work from the roadmap. Dates and expected results do not confirm completion or approval of pilots.
Check local model quality, access controls, monitoring and backups; connect AI-Redactor to a local model and reconcile LoadCalc calculation rules.
Educational and subject-specific pilots are planned for Tutor, TilQazyna, Campus, the Student Agent, career and research services. Feedback will inform decisions on further development or operation.
Plan a unified catalogue and access rules, experimental routing of AI services, evaluation of pilot results and selection of solutions for continuing use.
Readiness for regular use requires scenario evaluation, approval by the relevant department, assigned owners and a support process.
